Club Membership

When does each monthly box arrive?

Our initial launch is for 1 box only, to be sent out in late August. After we have incorporated feedback from our members from this first box experience, we will transition to our anticipated ongoing model, where boxes are sent out on the first Monday of each month, ready to be explored and enjoyed later that week or for the weekend.

Is this a subscription?

Not as such.

Our initial launch is for 1 box only. As we transitoin to our anticipated ongoing model, we will offer 4 sign-up periods; 1 box, 2 boxes (half yearly), 6 boxes (bi-monthly) and 12 boxes (monthly).

It is very important that we know how much liquid we need from our partners, and how much liquid they are committing to provide to the club. As such, we ask our members to pay for their boxes when signing up...of course noting that the larger the number of boxes, the larger the discount offered.

Can I cancel my Subscription?

Unfortunately no. Our ability to create our boxes and deliver our incredible box prices and other member benefits relies upon the club and its partners having a strong, accurate demand forecast.  

 

General

Can the products be returned?

We are currently developing a process whereby empty bottles can be returned to the club, and we’ll pay the delivery charge once we’ve received them. This is part of our efforts to minimise use of the earth’s resources and maximise re-use of our packaging. See ‘Being Sustainable’ for more information on this.

Unfortunatley no other returns are possible.

How do you send the boxes?

Boxes are either hand-delivered or sent via tracked courier.

Can I access the Club Shop indefinitely?

You can enjoy shopping in our members section for as long as your bo commitment remains live. We will soon be launching a Members Card, where you can pay an annual fee of £100 to enjoy benefits of club membership without committing to our fabulous tasting boxes.
