The Story of the Spaniard

So many chance encounters are the catalyst to a new idea, none more so than for The Story of the Spaniard. Perhaps given this introduction, it will come as no surprise that The Story of the Spaniard is a nod to Jon's introduction to Sherry whilst journeying through southern Spain...and when many years later Jon was reacquainted with Sherry through whiskies aged in former Sherry casks, a new style of whisky at Compass Box was born.

You will find a whisky that is rich, full, soft and sumptuous on the palate with flavours of citrus peel and pears poached in red wine and spices - delectable!
